CRAIG GREENHORN

Craig possesses an extensive background in joinery and construction, having dedicated 18 years to self-employment before transitioning into site management. His wealth of hands-on experience in both building and project oversight has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Throughout his career, Craig has successfully balanced the dual responsibilities of managing sites for established companies while also operating his own business. This diverse experience has instilled in him a high level of confidence in both practical, on-site applications and strategic management.

Most recently, Craig held a position with a Tier 1 contractor, contributing to the award-winning Buchanan Wharf project. Following this, he transitioned into an Aftercare role, where he was responsible for addressing major structural defects in existing buildings.

In this capacity, Craig focused on critical compliance issues, particularly concerning fire cavity barriers in the wake of the Grenfell disaster. His role required meticulous coordination of access, materials and contractors, alongside the development of detailed schedules to effectively manage site operations. Additionally, he was responsible for maintaining thorough documentation to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
